The Butlers Arms is the perfect destination for a weekday lunch. There are 3 menus for you to choose from: The Weekday Set Menu which offers a 2 or 3 course smaller menu, The Sandwich Menu or our extensive Main Menu.

Buratta cheese and sun blushed tomato ciabatta — £8 (V)
Creamy buretta cheese and sun blushed tomatoes, peppery rocket. Served on a toasted ciabatta with a petit salad and pot of English mustard mayo

Succulent spicy fried chicken and mixed leaves in our stone baked naan, drizzled with ranch sauce. Served with fries and petit salad

THE VEGAN MENU

We’ve created a completely plant-based menu that excludes exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals.

The ingredients of every dish avoid the use of meat, any animal products incuding dairy, eggs and honey. They are not short on imagination or flavour though. 

… you don’t have to be a vegan to try this menu.

Delicious cauliflower florets coated in an almond milk batter and gluten free crumb. Oven baked then drizzled with sriracha, fresh coriander and sesame seed rain – My favourite – 5/6 pieces

Tofu tacos — £6.50 (VE)
Soft taco stuffed with seasoned tofu, avocado and mango salsa plus a side of chef’s pickled slaw – 3 pieces

Campfire chilli — £13 (VE)
Soy mince, sweet potato, kale and seven bean chilli served with rice and flatbread.

Vegan Butlers fried chicken — £12 (VE)
Jackfruit pieces coated in our secret spice mix. Served with skinny fries and our special gravy.

Teriyaki Tofu — £13 (VE)
Tofu in a teriyaki sauce tossed with broccoli florets, smashed toasted cashew nuts and spring onion. Served on a bed of rice.

Moroccan meatball pizza — £12 (VE)
Freshly rolled pizza dough, topped with tomato, falafel and vegan cheese baked in a hot stone oven.

Tempura vegetable burger — £13.50 (VE)
Strips of fresh vegetables in a tempura batter, drizzled with sriracha sauce, nestled in a vegan bun. Served with sweet potato fries and vegan sour cream dip.

Vegan Cumberland sausage and mash — £13 (VE)
Meat free, peppery sausage served with our delicious gravy and selected vegetables.

Our famous vegan fish & chips — £12 (VE)
plant based fish in a crisp batter chips, mushy peas and a vegan tartar sauce.

Mike’s cauliflower curry — £13 (VE)
Cauliflower florets in a mild tikka sauce. Served with naan bread, mango chutney, popadums. Then choose from chips, rice or go half n half.

Vegan vegetable chilli burritos — £12.50 (VE)
2 burritos filled with vegan chilli, topped with a bloody mary sauce and oven baked with cheese. Served with side salad

SUNDAYS

Nobody does Sunday Lunch quite like we do Sunday Lunch! Our Sunday Lunch Menu changes every week. It always offers traditional roast dinners and a options for those who don’t fancy a roast. Our Main Menu, Sandwich Menu and Vegan Menu are still available too.

Below is an example of our Sunday Menu. Available from midday onwards, every Sunday.
1 course is £14, have 2 courses for £17 or make a Sunday of it and have all 3 courses for £20.
